In case your ValoClimb is displaying a message that your subscription is unpaid. Log in to the Cloud service (https://cloud.valomotion.com) to set up your subscription. Detailed instructions on this can be found here.
If you get the message even though the subscription is paid
If you have checked the Cloud service and your subscription is in order, and you still get the message on your ValoClimb, check the internet connection of the unit. If the unit can not connect to the internet to verify the subscription, it will display this error.

If your unit still has this problem after you have checked both the subscription status and the internet connection, please contact support@valomotion.com. In your email, please describe the troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
