Your unit is connected to the Cloud service. Cloud is used to control units and store information about game usage, scores, routes, etc. This data is then presented to unit owners and administrators at the cloud web interface.
Logging in
An account is automatically created to the email-address provided by you in first time setup during installation. You will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the Cloud service.
Afterwards, you may log in to the Cloud at: https://cloud.valomotion.com
You may change your email and password under "User settings" in the Cloud.
Subscribing
After logging in, you will see a list of your Valo Motion units, this list includes all units registered to the email you logged in with. You may subscribe by clicking the green “Subscribe” button.
Please note that the unit will be functional only for 14 days without an active subscription!
Front page
This is the front page of the Cloud service. This page contains an overview of your units and locations. Click on a unit name to edit it or inspect the unit in further detail. Location details can be edited by clicking the location name.
Unit page
The unit page can be opened by clicking on the name of a specific unit. In the unit page you’ll see a more detailed view of this specific unit. Unit statistics are located at the top section of the unit page.
The statistic section is followed by a set of different configuration and information panels. You may edit the information by clicking the Edit-button. The status section contains general information of the unit.
Edit details
To edit unit name and location information, go to the unit page and click “Edit” in the details section title. In this view, you can give your system a unique name.
The rest of the information is tied to your location page, which you can access by clicking on the "Edit location details" button. For more information on location details, please see this article.
Edit schedule
To edit unit schedule, go to the unit page and click “Edit” in the schedule section title. Unit schedule times are defined in the units time zone.
Each day is separated in the schedule table as a column. One day may contain multiple segments of time ranges. These time ranges define the time when the unit should be on.
Use the “+” icon to add a segment and use the “x” icon to remove one. Please note that a successful schedule change requires that the unit is on and connected to the internet. A manual start is needed if the unit is not on.
Note: In case you have a ValoClimb, keeping the unit ON for the whole day is preferred, shutting down the unit for 1-2h hour intervals in the middle of the day will shorten the lifespan of the projector lamp.

Play codes
Play codes are an option for play time restriction. The wall operator hands out play codes that users need to input on the system in order to start playing. To enable play codes, see this article (ValoJump) or this article (ValoClimb).
Once play codes have been enabled, the codes themselves can be printed out from the Cloud service.
Press the link in the Play Codes section (highlighted above).
You can create new play codes in a batch (multiple codes at once), or one at a time. All the active codes are listed on this page. If you’d like to print out a sheet of play codes, press the “Print Play Code Batch” -button.
