If you have enabled video uploads on your unit, the players can send a video link to their email after playing a game. This link will be sent to the email address the player entered on the touch screen, within the next 15 minutes.
If the player has not received this link to their email, the most common reason is that the link has ended up in their spam folder, ask the player to check their spam folder, before reporting a problem.
If the email link can not be found in the spam folder, you can report this incident to support@valomotion.com. Please include the players email address when contacting us, without the email address we can not verify which video is in question.
