In case your ValoClimb units touch screen shows an image, but does not respond to touch commands, follow these troubleshooting steps before contacting support.
Checking the USB-connection:
The most common reason for the touch screen not responding to touch commands is a loose USB-cable. Check that both ends of the cable are firmly attached, since this can come loose during use. To perform the check, follow these steps:
1. Check the USB-connection on the touch screen
2. Check the USB-connections and all other cable connections inside the case (pictures for MiniUnit and DustProtect model)
