If the manager/owner/caretaker/supervisor of your unit changes, please make sure to notify Valo Motion support of the change (support@valomotion.com). Please also check that your subscription payment details are in order and make adjustments to these if necessary.
Notifying Support of the change
Send an email to support@valomotion.com, in the email mention the following details:
- Who was the previous manager
- Also provide email address for this person
- Who will be the new manager
- Also provide this persons email address
- When will the change occur
Checking subscription details
In case the subscription has been previously paid by the previous manager/owner/caretaker/supervisor, check that subscription payment information details are corrected to reflect the new situation.
This can be done by:
- Log in to the Cloud service after the change has been processed by Support
- Navigate to the subscription section and click on the "Edit" button
- Check if the payment option previously used needs to be corrected
- If you need to change payment information, send the new information to support@valomotion.com
