Use this guide if your ValoJump unit fails to turn ON or OFF according to the schedules set in the Operations Hub These steps address synchronization, idle requirements, and hardware power states.
Step 1: Syncing the Operations Hub Schedule
Ensure the unit is ONLINE to receive updates.
Schedules modified on the Operations Hub only transfer to the unit when it is powered on and connected to the internet.
Note: If a schedule was created while the unit was off, you must manually power it on once to sync the new data.
Step 2: Troubleshooting "Fail to Turn OFF" (Idle Rule)
Monitor the unit for 5 minutes of inactivity.
To prevent interrupting players, the ValoJump requires 5 consecutive minutes of idle time before it will automatically shut down.
Example: If the schedule is set for 21:00 but a game ends at 21:07, the unit will remain active until 21:12.
Step 3: Troubleshooting "Fail to Turn ON" (Hardware Check)
Inspect the green power button and fuse.
Check that the green power button (1) underneath the main unit case is illuminated. If it is not lit, the unit is not receiving electricity.
Inspect the fuse (2) if the unit has power but refuses to start.
Warning: Never shut down a ValoJump by cutting power directly. Ensure power is never cut during the night, as this prevents the "Turn ON" schedule from triggering.
Step 4: Manual Override and Support
Manually trigger the power if the schedule fails by flipping the green power button off and then on again. Once active, verify the internet connection to ensure future schedules can sync.
Note: Always use the Admin Menu on the touchscreen or the Automatic Schedule for shutdowns.
