Rush Hour mode allows operators to manage high player traffic by limiting game lengths to approximately one minute. This guide covers how to schedule this mode via the Operatons Hub and how to manually override it on-site.
Step 1: Access the Operations Hub Schedule
Log in to the Valo Motion Operations Hub and select Schedule in the top menu.
Scroll down and locate the Rush Hour Schedule settings.
Click on Edit Rush Hour and edit your desired times for when Rush Hour is activated on your units.
Note: Ensure your time zone is set correctly and that the system is ON to allow settings to sync. If the Rush Hour setting is not available for you in your Operations Hub page, please set Rush Hour manually on your ValoJump and contact support@valomotion.com for further assistance.
Step 2: Configure Rush Hour via Touchscreen (Manual Override)
Log in to the Settings menu on the ValoJump touchscreen using your admin password.
Navigate to the Rush Hour tab.
Select your preferred mode: According to Schedule, Always ON, or Always OFF.
Note: Manual overrides reset after every system restart. To keep Rush Hour mode active permanently, it must be configured via the Operations Hub.
Step 3: Verify Synchronization
Once the schedule is set or the override is active, start a game of Skytails to verify the timer reflects the Rush Hour limit. The game should go on for roughly 60s.
If settings do not appear to take effect, check the unit's internet connection to ensure the "handshake" with the Operations Hub was successful.
Note: If you encounter issues with the mode not triggering, contact support@valomotion.com
