Log In to the Settings Menu
Tap the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the touch screen.
Enter your Admin Password when prompted.

Configure System Settings
System: Review the information of your system like the serial number, client and game versions.
Password: Reset the password of your ValoJump's owner user.
Quick Restart: Performs a software-only restart. Use this if gameplay is lagging or at the request of support.
Full Restart: Power cycles the entire hardware stack. Use this if a Quick Restart fails to resolve an issue.
Shutdown: Always use this button or an automatic schedule to turn off the unit instead of shutting the unit down via a power switch.
Warning: Turning off the unit by cutting power directly can damage the internal software or electronic components.
Set Sound Settings
Master Volume: Controls the overall audio output of the ValoJump system.
Idle Volume: Controls the ambient music of the menu separately from the Master Volume.
Review Setup Settings
Calibrate the system: Calibrate the play area of your ValoJump so it matches the jumping area of your trampoline. Refer to this article for step by steps on how to do calibrations.
Dual Play Setup: This option allows you to setup your ValoJump to be compatible with dual play if you have two ValoJumps connected to a provided multiplayer router.
Enable Multiplayer: This setting appears if the multiplayer has not yet been enabled on your ValoJump. Selecting "Enable" will activate it on your respective ValoJump.
Disable Multiplayer: This setting will disable the multiplayer on your ValoJump. Select "Disable" to deactivate the multiplayer on your respective ValoJump.
Manage Operation Modes

Select the desired mode to control how players access the unit:
Free Play: No restrictions on session length.
Game Codes: Requires players to enter a unique code (generated via the Operations Hub) before playing.
External Payment: Integrates with card systems of your choice via a 12V Pulse Adapter.
Users Chooses Playtime: Allows players to select the number of games per session to help manage queues.
Set Rush Hour Mode
- Select if Rush Hour mode is activated.

- ON: Activates Rush Hour mode until your unit shuts down
- OFF: Deactivates Rush Hour mode until your unit will shut down.
Configure Game and Level Availability

Review Video Sending Settings
Enable or disable video sending for your ValoJump.
Manage Languages
Default Language: Set the default language of your system.
Additional Languages: Activate additional languages that can be chosen either within the default language menu or in the ValoJump main page.
Enable or Disable ValoApp Features
Allow your guests to connect to the ValoJump via their ValoApp for high score viewing and joining potential ValoLeague competitions.
