The main unit lid is large and heavy. To ensure safety and prevent damage to the locking mechanisms, two people are required for this procedure.
Step 1: Unlock the Enclosure
Position two people, one on each side of the lid.
Insert the key into the first lock behind the enclosure. As you turn the key, pull the lid open approximately 1 cm.
Repeat this process with the second lock on the other side, pulling the lid out slightly until both sides are released.
Step 2: Lift and Remove the Lid
Open the lid from the top to a maximum distance of 60 cm.
Warning: Do not open the lid further than 60 cm, as this can damage the product frame or hinges.
Lift the lid upward carefully and carry it away from the main structure.
Place the lid flat on a clean, protected floor or lean it securely against a smooth wall to prevent scratches.
Step 3: Align the Lid for Replacement
With two people, lift the lid and tilt it to the 60 cm open position.
Align the holes at the bottom of the lid (A) with their corresponding mounts on the main structure (B).
Lower the lid carefully into place, ensuring the bottom mounts are fully seated.
Step 4: Secure the Locks
Gently push the top of the lid toward the enclosure to close it.
Listen for a distinct "CLICK" sound from both locks.
Warning: Both locks must click to ensure the lid is secure. If not properly latched, the lid could fall and cause injury.
Conclusion
Always verify the security of the locks by gently tugging on the lid before leaving the unit. If the locks do not click into place, inspect the alignment of the bottom mounts.
